Welcome to our clinic. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before scheduling your treatment.

Appointments & Bookings

An appointment fee is requires to secure your booking. Some services require full payment upfront.
Payment is taken directly from your card at time of booking
You can reschedule your appointment once only with a minimum of 48 hours notice without losing your appointment fee or any top-up treatment.
Cancellation 48 hours before your appointment will require 50% payment of the treatment cost.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, rescheduling more than once or failure to attend will result in the loss of your appointment fee.
Same day cancellations require full payment for the appointment.

Consultations & Suitability

A consultation may be required before treatment.
Clients must provide accurate and complete medical information including medications, allergies, and past procedures.
The practitioner has the right to refuse or delay treatment if it is not safe or clinically appropriate.

Age Requirements

Clients must be 18 years of age or older for injectable aesthetic treatments.
Photo ID may be requested.
Parental consent does not permit treatment for minors where restricted by law.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Arrivals more than 10–15 minutes late may result in a reduced treatment time or rescheduling.
Deposits may be forfeited if treatment cannot proceed due to lateness.

Payments & Refunds

All treatment fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
No refunds are given for completed treatments, as results vary from person to person.
If a treatment cannot proceed on medical or safety grounds, deposits may be transferred.

Treatment Results

All cosmetic and injectable treatments carry risks and potential side effects.
Results vary based on individual medical profile, lifestyle, and anatomy.
No guarantee of a specific outcome is provided.

Aftercare & Follow-Up

Clients agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided by the practitioner.
Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect results or eligibility for corrections.
Follow-up appointments, if recommended, must be booked independently.

Photography & Record Keeping

Before and after photographs may be taken for medical documentation.
Permission will always be requested for use of images on marketing or social media channels.

Medical Concerns

Any unexpected reactions, complications, or concerns following treatment should be reported immediately.
